Job Title: Store Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Crew Member to join our team at FatFace in Shrewsbury. As a Store Crew Member, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have had a memorable experience with us.
  • Provide exceptional service at all times, utilising your knowledge to help our customers find the best products to suit them for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  • Efficiently process sales, orders and refunds at the tills, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process deliveries and help to get all of the replenishment and new stock onto the shop floor.
  • Contribute to the general housekeeping and tidying of the shop floor and back of house.
  • Stay up to date with company activity and promotions, and support floor moves, sale set ups and launches.
  • Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction at times.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to enhance relationships with appropriate use of humour and tailoring your approach for each individual interaction.
