- Develop and maintain accurate business models, including process, data, and organization documentation.
- Present business requirements documents to stakeholders, including project sponsors, IT leadership teams, and planning boards.
- Support the development and management of business strategies that align with the overall business agenda.
- Collaborate with supply chain business partners to achieve aligned strategies between operations and IT.
- Engage in project opportunity discussions, providing project management and business analysis capabilities.
- Agree and deliver projects/enhancement requests with solutions architects and business partners.
- Work with business owners to understand current processes, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Identify, plan, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives to realize business goals.
- Design optimal processes and best practices in master data and data management.
- Identify opportunities to drive benefit and cost reduction from and for IT in the supply chain.
- Define and enforce data standards and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate governance when utilizing third parties.
- IT business partner or SAP business partner experience.
- SAP experience, delivering SAP and information-based projects.
- Business requirements gathering and analysis skills.
- FMCg/consumer product sector experience (ideally).
- Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to understand and document business requirements across business areas affected by a change need.
