About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Healthy Lifestyle Service in Gloucestershire. As a Senior Healthy Lifestyle Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service plans to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
  • Lead a team of health professionals to deliver high-quality services and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and alliances that benefit the service and the community.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including information governance and data protection.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading health services and developing strategies to improve health outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate service performance.
  • Knowledge of health and wellbeing policies and procedures, including information governance and data protection.
