About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Healthy Lifestyle Service in Gloucestershire. As a Senior Healthy Lifestyle Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the health and wellbeing of our community
  • Lead a team of health professionals to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our community
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community groups, and local authorities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the effective delivery of our services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health or healthcare management
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of health service improvement and population health management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
