IT Project Support Officer Job Description

**Job Summary**

Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking an IT Project Support Officer to support the Project Management Team with the delivery of projects within their Cyber Essentials Plus programme. The ideal candidate will have experience in project/change management and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the Project Management Team with the delivery of projects within the Cyber Essentials Plus programme
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
* Input into project and change deliverables, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting
* Write high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents
* Utilize good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**

* Educated to a degree level or equivalent project/change management experience
* Experience of working on cross-functional projects or change initiatives
* Basic Project Management qualification in a formal project management methodology, e.g. Prince2 Foundation
