Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at our Homelessness Service in Norwich. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
- Handle emergency and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Organize and run social activities to promote a sense of community and well-being.
- Conduct regular fire safety checks and ensure the security of the service is maintained.
- Write and update customer notes to ensure accurate records are kept.
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse.
- Previous experience working in challenging circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use IT systems confidently.
