About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Operative to join our rapidly growing warehouse team at Restore Records Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and secure handling of our customers' valuable data.

Responsibilities
  • Track, check, and protect customer information at all times, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete relevant paperwork as required and follow documented processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize the O'Neil Records Management system to efficiently manage records, ensuring accurate storage and indexing.
  • Retrieve customer boxes, files, and documents for dispatch or destruction, accurately recording all movements.
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, ability to work to deadlines, and a strong attention to detail. You should possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic IT skills and a flexible attitude are also essential. Knowledge of the O'Neil system and experience working in a warehouse environment are desirable.
