About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Store to Home team as a Delivery Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a two-person team delivering products to customer premises on a multidrop basis
  • Assist the delivery driver in parking and manoeuvring a company vehicle, as well as loading and unloading of vehicles as required
  • Provide effective customer service, ensuring goods are delivered in excellent condition
  • Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times and any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Experience of dealing with multi-drop home delivery is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to complete manual handling tasks, such as pulling, lifting, and pushing
  • Can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check

  • An hourly rate of £12.71, with the potential to earn an additional £5.50 per hour when working on a Sunday
