Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Driver Team Lead to join our team at Stericycle. As a key member of our Field Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily work schedules for Service Drivers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular roadside coaching and development sessions with Service Drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement and maintain Health & Safety standards in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist the Supervisor Customer Service in opening and closing the branch on a daily basis and provide support to Service Drivers as needed.
  • Help resolve service problems and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of service reports and other documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor Customer Service to identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • GCSE level education or equivalent.
  • IOSH Managing Safety certification.
  • Category C+ E / Class II licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
