Responsibilities:
  • Manage the peer-review process, ensuring timely and high-quality reviews
  • Work closely with authors, reviewers, and editors to ensure the smooth publication process
  • Develop and implement editorial policies and procedures to maintain the high standards of our publications
  • Collaborate with our editorial team to identify and address any issues that may arise during the publication process
  • Represent Scientific Reports at conferences and events, promoting our brand and publications
Requirements:
  • PhD-level research experience in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in editorial management, peer review, and publication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
