Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pub & Grill Team Member to join our team at Village Hotel Shirley. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, working collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
    • Support and assist colleagues as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
