We are seeking a skilled Junior Credit Controller to join our team at Adaptable Recruitment. As a Junior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for raising invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely collection of debts, and escalating non-payment to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Raise and manage invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
- Collect debts in accordance with company policies and targets
- Escalate non-payment to the Finance Manager in a timely manner
- Attend cash collection meetings and report on ledger activity
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Provide support to the wider finance team as needed
- Experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable environment
- Excellent communication skills to relay key information to staff
- Strong Excel and system skills
