About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at OSB Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement technology solutions that meet our business objectives, including cloud-based solutions, infrastructure, and application architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, and mentor them in their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of our technology roadmap, and provide input on strategic technology initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT architecture, with a focus on solutions architecture, cloud architecture, and application architecture.
  • Strong technical skills, including cloud-based technologies, infrastructure, and application architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a focus on delivering high-quality technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
