We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from healthcare facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless transportation services, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and a patient-centered approach.
