Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client support, responding to inquiries and providing information on our products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage and track sales activities, including order processing, pricing, and quotations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, generating insightful sales reports.
  • Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents, such as presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Liaise effectively with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist in nurturing existing client relationships and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support, managing routine tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
