**Job Summary**

As a seasoned Kitchen Manager at Hungry Horse, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen during peak service hours. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional dishes that meet our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve excellent service and quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to maintain profitability

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation procedures
