Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner with a strong background in Anaesthetics to join our team at Spire Norwich Hospital.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role in our Theatre Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating theatre/anaesthetic room for surgery, ensuring optimal instrumentation, equipment, and supplies are in place.
  • Run a theatre list without supervision, supervising and mentoring junior staff as needed.
  • Perform anaesthetic duties, developing skills in various surgical procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified ODP/Nurse with an Anaesthetic Module.
  • NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions.
  • At least 1 year of Anaesthetics experience.
  • Recovery experience is desirable.
  • Previous employment in a surgical/Theatre setting.
