About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. as a Finance Manager, Fulfilment Centre Regional Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial performance and control spending within Fulfillment Centres (FCs)
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve financial targets and improve operational efficiency
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Implement process improvements and new measures to enhance productivity
- Develop and maintain financial metrics, planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Design and automate efficient reporting tools and processes
About the Team:
You will work closely with a team of professionals across various Fulfillment Centres and central functions to support business strategy and drive financial excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Experience in finance roles and managing teams
- Proficiency in Excel and data mining/reporting tools (Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Financial modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Background in large team or multinational settings
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence decisions
