Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity
  • Attend and close sales appointments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential introducers and referral partners
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Confident in value-based and consultative selling
  • Ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings
  • Previous field-based experience
