Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our nursery, ensuring that we provide a high-quality educational and caring environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the nursery team, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the best possible care and education for our children.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our nursery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene, and that we comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our nursery and attract new families, ensuring that we maintain a high occupancy rate.
- Financial Management: Manage the nursery's budget and finances, ensuring that we operate within our means and make a profit.
- Safeguarding and Child Protection: Ensure that our nursery has a robust safeguarding and child protection policy in place, and that we take all necessary steps to protect our children from harm.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A relevant Early Years qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a nursery management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
- Personal Qualities: A passion for early years education and care, with a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our children and families.
