About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained across our nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
  • Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths, or willingness to achieve within 2 years.
