We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our nursery team at Kids Planet Day Nurseries. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Work closely with the nursery team to plan and deliver engaging and educational activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child development.
  • Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths, or willingness to achieve within 2 years.
