HR and Payroll Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee absence and holiday entitlement, ensuring accurate and timely processing of leave requests.
  • Support the site absence management procedure, including managing long-term sickness information and other absences.
  • Maintain an effective HR filing system, ensuring personnel files are complete and up-to-date.
  • Order and manage uniform and stationery supplies, ensuring the site is well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or studying towards, with a willingness to support further development through our Apprenticeship programme.
