Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Advisor to join our successful team in the Credit Specialities market. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Client Executive team with the daily servicing of our clients and with the renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit limit requirements for our clients via various insurer online portals and communicate directly with insurers.
- Provide clients with support and guidance to ensure they adhere to their policy terms and conditions.
- Administer action logs, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely fashion and monitored to their completion.
- Prepare pre-renewal submission data.
- Support Client Executives in client meetings, produce meeting minutes, and manage resulting action points.
- Build relationships across Marsh and with external stakeholders.
- Adhere to business processes, systems, and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build, manage, and develop relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within niche markets.
- Previous Broking/Insurance experience.
