Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our client's central BIM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit and associated technologies, with a proven track record of optimizing team performance and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project and model setup, including volume and modeling strategy.
  • Assist project teams in adhering to best practices for modeling and information production standards and procedures.
  • Provide support to teams in using Building Information Models (BIM) for project review and coordination.
  • Offer guidance to the team regarding Revit and modeling-related queries.
  • Create project-specific content and contribute to the practice's content library.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Rhino Inside Revit is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Revit API (Python/C#) is an advantage.
  • Strong technical understanding of UK construction methods, procedures, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and ISO19650 standards.
  • Ability to lead BIM coordination meetings, perform clash detection and avoidance, and produce detailed coordination reports.
