Are you considering a career advancement in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM)?

Join a dynamic team at People Tech as a BIM Project Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess experience on the contractor side, particularly in high-end residential and hospitality projects.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with existing federated models, coordinating information with subcontractors, and liaising with the primary contractor. You will also participate in clash detection workshops, generate BIM reports for clients, and engage with the internal BIM setup and framework.

It is essential to note that this role does not require creating models from the ground up; instead, you will work with pre-existing models and the project BIM execution plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure effective project execution
  • Offering strategic direction in Information Management, producing reports, and leading digital implementation efforts. Enhance team development and elevate the BIM and Digital profile within the organization.
  • Creating Revit models from 2D AutoCAD drawings for BIM integration, as well as constructing model building elements in Revit for federation.
  • Developing project content using Revit and Navisworks
  • Coordinating company BIM information with Base Build models
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and leadership in digital management
  • Having experience in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and documentation
  • Being proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, CAD, and CDE solutions
  • Managing project data requirements and COBie information
  • Possessing an advanced understanding of BIM 360 and ACC
The candidate should have a proven track record as a BIM Manager, showcasing strong capabilities in managing and implementing BIM processes.
