Job Title: Finishing Operator - Rumbling and Anodising

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Operator to join our team at CPI Selection, a leading global market leader in the Aerospace/military sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a family-run company based just outside of West London.

Job Summary:

This role involves working as a Finishing Operator - Rumbling and Anodising, responsible for operating various finishing and inspection operations to vibration deburr to the required standards. The successful candidate will be conversant with a variety of finishing and inspection operations, including barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment to prepare metallic surfaces for further processing.
  • Prepare components for finishing processes by bunging, masking, and jigging.
  • Undertake inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Packing parts for transport and storage.
  • Use a variety of hand tools and basic understanding of measuring equipment.
  • Background in H&S policies and procedures, including COSHH regulations.
