Job Opportunity: Finishing Operative - Abrasive Clean and Masking

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Operative to join our team at CPI Selection, a leading global market leader in the Aerospace/military sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a family-run company based in West London.

This role involves working with a variety of finishing and inspection operations, including vibration deburring to required standards. The successful candidate will be conversant with cleaning metallic and non-metallic materials using abrasive cleaning methods, shot blasting machinery, and degreasing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in H&S policies and procedures, including COSHH regulations, and be able to operate barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment. They will also be able to quality control their own work and interpret technical drawings.
