Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients via various means, including phone, email, and chat. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as assisting clients in navigating and utilizing various accounting software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for clients
- Assist clients in navigating and utilizing various accounting software systems, such as PeopleSoft, Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Guide clients through data entry processes and ensure accurate input of financial information
- Proficiency in using various accounting software systems, such as PeopleSoft, Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus
