- Strong Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Automotive Service Procedures: Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology (preferred).
- Proficiency in Computer Systems: Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g. Kerridge/Babbidge, Microsoft Office).
- Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary and OTE £32,000.
