About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading Rippling's EMEA product treasury function and managing Rippling Payments UK regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining banking infrastructure to support Rippling's payment products, including payroll, corporate card, travel, and bill-pay.
- Managing local banking relationships, including implementation, negotiations, and escalations.
- Developing and implementing scalable FX infrastructure and operationalizing hedging strategies.
- Managing financial and partner regulatory reporting, including compliance with corporate filings and international reporting requirements.
- Overseeing subsidiary management, including compliance with corporate filings and international reporting requirements.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, human resources, security, internal audit, risk, communications, and outside counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury and financial operations, with experience in regulated fintech or financial services. They will be a team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for problem-solving and efficient processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Global Product Treasury Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the senior management team to deliver key objectives and goals.
- Ensuring strategic alignment between key stakeholders, including the Group, Board, and Management.
- Managing local payments operations, focusing on product development, sales and marketing, regulatory compliance, and achieving commercial goals.
- Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to manage the health of the entity.
- Maximizing the use of resources to ensure ongoing business model viability.
- Reporting on strategic goals and plans and reporting on progress.
- Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
- Facilitating strong regulatory and payment partner relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of combined treasury or financial operation experience, including in regulated fintech or financial services.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, self-starting, and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.
- A passion for problem-solving and efficient processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A team player who works cross-functionally in a complex global organizational environment.
