Global Product Treasury Manager and Executive Director of Payments UK

Rippling is a company that provides a platform for businesses to manage their HR, IT, and Finance operations. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Product Treasury Sr. Manager and Executive Director of Rippling Payments UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our EMEA product treasury function and managing Rippling Payments UK regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include building our banking infrastructure for payment products, managing local banking relationships, and developing scalable FX infrastructure and operationalizing hedging strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial and partner regulatory reporting, oversee subsidiary management, including compliance with corporate filings, international reporting requirements
- Build banking infrastructure to support Rippling payments products under our regulated entities, including payroll, corporate card, travel, and bill-pay.
- Manage local banking relationships, implementation, negotiations and escalations
- Customer money investment and reporting
- Build flexible & scalable FX infrastructure and operationalize FX hedging strategies
- Review and advise internal stakeholders with respect to investor presentations, offering materials, public announcements, and other relevant communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, human resources, security, internal audit, risk, communications and outside counsel
- 8+ years of combined treasury or financial operation experience, including in regulated fintech or financial services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starting, and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment
- Passion for problem solving and efficient processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Team player who work cross-functionally in a complex global organisational environment
