About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and execute all aspects of inventory and supplier management, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain analytics for a thriving Worcestershire business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize stock control, and implement efficient logistics processes
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Implement procurement processes and purchasing best practices to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
  • Knowledge of logistics operations, including freight management and customs compliance
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and systems, such as ERP systems and Warehouse Management (WMS)
