About the Role:

Celon Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding client relationships to unlock sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and maximise sales potential.
  • Develop strong, sustainable sales processes to consistently achieve targets.
  • Align IT strategies with client business goals, conduct service gap analyses and create comprehensive account roadmaps.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposal documentation.
  • Generate accurate financial reports and forecasts based on sales pipeline insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to the fast-evolving technology landscape.
About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role within the technology sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with IT products and solutions.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish and nurture trusted client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a talent for persuading and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to address business challenges through IT solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, energetic and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
