About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their large team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working with bills of quantities, contract administration, managing contractors and sub-contractors, and estimating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors
  • Prepare and review contracts, tenders, and other construction-related documents
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified or keen to work towards APC
  • Experience in both pre and post-contract work, as well as client-side or consultancy experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
