The Junior Bid Manager will be part of a dynamic international team at Avantor Clinical Trial Equipment and Ancillary Solutions, supporting our Global Bid Management and Business Development Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of high-quality, well-presented quotations and bids
- Define customer needs and present solutions and pricing
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities and maximize revenue
- Support bid managers on sales projections and forecasts and associated reports
- Support bid managers/legal in provision of master service agreements, statement of works and work orders
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience of working in sales, quotations, bid or account management
- Numerically and financially astute
- Ability to prioritize and execute work effectively to meet strict internal and client deadlines
- Self-motivated, works with limited supervision
- High attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
