Our team collaborates with leading scientists and psychologists to explore multisensory flavor perception, pushing the boundaries of gastronomy. We creatively apply our findings in a variety of commercial, artistic, and altruistic projects. At our experience design studio, we craft and host multisensory dining experiences, partnering with global brands across diverse industries to create unique food and drink experiences.


Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for an experienced head chef or a senior sous chef ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be hands-on, demonstrating their culinary expertise both in and out of the kitchen. Daily responsibilities will include:


  • Preparation and service for Chefs Table supper clubs and corporate events.
  • Collaborating with the team on creative menu development and testing.
  • Leading the back-of-house team, providing guidance, training, and opportunities for development.
  • Coordinating with the administrative team for event organization and execution.
  • Managing stock levels: monitoring and replenishing supplies of consumables and perishables.
  • Working with suppliers to ensure the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Upholding strict health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
  • Exhibiting excellent organizational, IT, costing, and administrative skills to effectively manage kitchen operations.
  • Guiding the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Engaging with guests in our open kitchen environment, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Staying informed about trends and incorporating innovative techniques and concepts into menu development.

Qualifications
We are not considering overseas candidates or those without a valid UK work permit for at least three years. Candidates must possess:

  • Appropriate work visa (if required).
  • Relevant London/UK work experience.
  • A background in Michelin-starred or two-rosette establishments in the UK within the last four years.
  • Technical proficiency in modernist cooking methods and ingredients.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a client-facing attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
  • A stable work history with a flexible mindset and a dynamic, proactive approach.
  • The ability to motivate, train, and develop kitchen staff effectively.
