Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Lime People Search & Select Ltd, a fully independent nationwide Financial Advisory firm. Our team provides sound Financial Advice to both businesses and individuals across Pensions, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Tax and Investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration duties, including arranging basic administration requirements and collating costs & charges information for annual review purposes.
  • Preparing valuations / client packs for client meetings and sending off letters by email and post as required.
  • Scanning and administrative duties, including telephone calls to clients and day to day reception duties.
  • Responsible for the main reception duties during opening hours, including answering and directing telephone calls, opening of post in morning & allocation to staff, and dealing with clients at the front desk in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Arranging refreshments for clients and advisers as necessary, taking accurate messages for advisers and members of staff, and undertaking photocopying / scanning duties as requested.
  • Responsible for franking of outgoing post and ensuring sufficient supplies of stationery / consumables / sundries.

Ideally, we would be seeking an individual with around 1+ years experience working within a Financial Advisory firm as an Administrator or PA. However, we are also willing to consider Administrators who have previous experience working in the Financial Services sector.
