Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

Job Role and Responsibilities

As a member of the Financial Planning support team, you will participate in all aspects of client service administration, providing support to a growing team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Financial Planning team
  • Assisting with client onboarding and data management
  • Preparing and maintaining client records and documents
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Financial Services Administration experience, preferably from within the wealth management or investment sector
  • Basic compliance and regulatory knowledge
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with excellent written communication skills
  • Experience using CRMs
  • Understanding of provider platforms and online services
