This is a busy office with over 500 clients and managing excess of £100m of funds, requiring a confident individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workloads, and communicate effectively with colleagues.

We pride ourselves on providing a high level and personalised service, which starts from the ground up. Our ideal candidate will have recent experience of working within Financial Services, preferably with industry platforms and Intelligent Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Paraplanner with their workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £34,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Annual Bonus of circa 14-20% of the basic salary
  • Exam support and internal progression opportunities
