Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a care home in Tarporley, Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing safe and effective care to our residents. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the autonomy to make critical clinical decisions.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual, with a person-centred approach to nursing. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
