The Role and Day-to-Day Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our cashroom team, you will work closely under the Head of the Cashroom, providing essential support and ensuring smooth financial operations within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of the Cashroom with daily financial transactions, including managing client accounts and handling financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
- Process invoices and payments, and reconcile bank statements.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
- A full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare and cashback for necessary appointments.
- A basic office pension scheme (3-5%).
- 32 days annual leave.
