About the Role
Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing the finances of our club, ensuring accurate accounting for all transactions, and adhering to all gambling regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Accurately manage cash transactions, maintain thorough records, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions, handle cash and asset counts, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and assisting customers in the Cash Desk, and promoting our loyalty program where applicable.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the cash desk and wider casino team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, the Gambling Act, its regulations, and Gambling Commission license conditions and codes of practice.
