Role Overview
The HR Advisor will be instrumental in delivering expert advice and support across a variety of human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a proactive and customer-oriented HR service that enhances employee engagement and relationships within the organization.
  • Provide employee relations guidance to management on matters including absence management, performance evaluations, capability assessments, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Advise both management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and analyze attrition trends.
  • Implement changes to HR policies as required.
  • Assist the HR team with various initiatives and projects focused on employee engagement, well-being, recognition, and career advancement.
  • Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) and oversee payroll processing.
  • Administer and promote the company’s benefits programs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications & Skills

  • CIPD Qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR cases.
  • Experience in payroll management is required.
