Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support care assistants to follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
- Conduct initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users in their homes.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:
- Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users in their homes (although full training will be provided).
- Compassion and ability to care for others.
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
