Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting our care assistants in delivering high-quality care to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care, and that our care assistants have the support and resources they need to do their job to the best of their ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support care assistants in delivering high-quality care to clients
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care
  • Provide guidance and support to care assistants to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments for clients
  • Monitor and report on the quality of care delivered to clients

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, and who has the skills and experience to support our care assistants in doing so. You'll need to be a strong communicator, with the ability to work effectively with our care team and with clients. You'll also need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
