About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Practice Supervisor to join our Children with Complex Health & Disability Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of good practice and ensuring that our children, young people, and their families receive excellent care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Team Manager in their role by having oversight of practice, holding reflective conversations with the team, quality assuring work, and having some involvement in performance management.
  • Work closely with the Practice Supervisor group and the Principal Social Worker to embed practice expectations across all our service areas.
  • Support the development of others, including students, newly qualified social workers, and experienced social workers, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
