Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for supporting our care assistants in delivering exceptional care to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support care assistants in delivering care to clients in their own homes
  • Conduct initial risk and needs assessments to ensure clients receive tailored care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to care assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work well in a team. You'll need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and their families. Experience in care is desirable, but not essential as we provide full training.
