About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Saffron Walden Express store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Availability Window
Our store operates on the following days and times:
- Sunday: 12:00-16:15
- Tuesday: 14:00-18:15
- Thursday: 14:00-18:15
- Friday: 15:00-19:15
Please note that you will be required to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the option to work fewer hours if desired.

Responsibilities
As a Colleague at our Saffron Walden Express store, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers
- Working across the store in our service, picking, and replenishment areas as required
- Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere
- Being knowledgeable about your store's performance and understanding your role in driving service and sales
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
- Being yourself, living our values, and making everyone feel welcome and valued
