About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mail Delivery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our delivery crew, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in our assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their delivery experience.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Walk or cycle for extended periods in various weather conditions, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • You must have a strong sense of community and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
  • Be able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Possess a valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A starting hourly rate of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly.
  • Overtime is paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate.
